Hearts2Hearts is a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment, debuting on February 24, 2025, with their single album “The Chase.” The group comprises eight members: Carmen, Jiwoo, Yuha, Stella, Juun, A-na, Ian, and Ye-on. • Carmen: Full name Nyoman Ayu Carmenita, born on March 28, 2006, in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Carmen is the first Indonesian to debut under SM Entertainment. She joined the company in 2022 and is skilled in playing the piano.

• Jiwoo: Full name Choi Jiwoo, born on September 7, 2006, in Seoul, South Korea. Jiwoo is the leader of the group and a former ballerina. She was scouted by SM staff while shopping and joined the agency in sixth grade.

• Yuha: Full name Yu Ha-ram, born on April 12, 2007, in Wonju, Gangwon-do, South Korea. Known as the “First Love Girl,” Yuha is a Disney enthusiast and plays the piano.

• Stella: Full name Kim Da-hyun, born on June 18, 2007, in Vancouver, Canada. Stella is proficient in playing the guitar, bass, and drums, and has performed with concert and jazz bands during her school years.

• Juun: Full name Kim Joo-eun, born on December 3, 2008, in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Juun is nicknamed “Jamkuromi” and is known for her ability to mimic NPC characters.

• Ian: Full name Jeong Lee-an, born on October 9, 2009, in Seoul, South Korea. Ian is a former child model and is known as the mood maker of the group.

• Ye-on: Full name Kim Na-yeon, born on April 19, 2010, in Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. As the youngest member, Ye-on joined SM through a casting DM in sixth grade and has experience in musical theater.

Hearts2Hearts debuted with their single album “The Chase,” released on February 24, 2025. The album features two tracks: the title track “The Chase” and a B-side titled “Butterflies.” They held their debut showcase at the Yes24 Music Hall in Seoul on the same day.
