Kendrick Lamar Dominates Billboard Hot 100

The Billboard Hot 100 sees Kendrick Lamar dominating the charts with four songs in the Top 10, including the No. 1 hit “Luther” featuring SZA. This track has quickly gained massive popularity, thanks to its powerful lyrics and signature production style.

“Luther” becomes the first song to have ruled both the Adult R&B Airplay and Rap Airplay rankings, which began in 1993 and 1999, respectively. The track made a significant jump from No. 6 to No. 1 on the Adult R&B Airplay chart, just a week after it had already secured the top spot on Rap Airplay.

In addition to its dominance on these charts, “Luther” also climbed to No. 1 on both the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay rankings. This further solidifies its impact across multiple radio formats, showcasing its widespread appeal within the hip-hop and R&B communities.
