Marvel Studios officially released the first trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, which also featured their iconic hero cast. Let’s check it below :

Pedro Pascal

In the short trailer, Pedro plays Mr. Fantastic, one of the smartest characters in The Fantastic Four.

Vanessa Kirby

In The Fantastic Four, this beautiful woman plays the Invisible Woman who has field powers. At the end of the trailer, she and Reed kiss.

Joseph Quinn

Joseph Quinn plays the Human Torch. In the trailer, he is seen flying around Manhattan.

Ebon Moss-Bachrach

Ebon plays the aka the rocky monstrosity The Thing. Here, his role is seen as the leader of the Team and he is also Reed’s best friend.

On the other hand, Ralph Ineson plays the colossal villain Galactus, who has the power to devour worlds. He appears at the end of the trailer and towers over Manhattan, which will likely become the first major test for the Fantastic Four.

Then, John Malkovich also appears in the trailer, but until now no one knows what role he plays.

Several players also take part such as Julia Garner as Silver Surfer, as well as Paul Walter Hauser and Natasha Lyonne in unannounced roles.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps Teaser Releases Hits 19M Views in a Short Time

The Fantastic Four 2025 is directed by Matt Shakman which is set in 1960s Manhattan with a retro-futuristic feel.

Previously, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige confirmed on The Official Marvel Podcast that this film will be a science fiction work set in New York City.

However, he also stated that the city may not be the New York City that MCU fans have known so far.
